I love the smell on brand new business office supplies, don’t you? I’m an Administration Officer to an Executive Director and while I love all that my job entails – managing diaries, scheduling appointments, taking meeting minutes, inducting new staff, answering phones – my favorite part, I have to admit, is doing the monthly order of discount office supplies. Call me weird, but I love sending out the email to the other staff asking if they need any special requests for wholesale office supplies for this month, then pouring over the discount office products catalog, filling in the order form, and sending off the order – and then receiving those new office supplies in the mail and distributing them to staff! Everyone seems to get a little thrill when they receive their new office supplies. The New Year is a great time for ordering wholesale office supplies because it’s the time for calendars, new desk pads, planning boards, and organizers. But every day’s a good day for ordering business office supplies, really. Personally, I love markers and highlighters, correction fluids and tape, clips and clamps – and those dispensers of colorful tape flags, which our office always seems to go through so fast. Perfect for tagging and color-coding those briefing notes and important office documents!
