For Our Classroom Discussion….Let’s Go Straight To The Board
I am, of course, referring to the highly used white boards in every classroom. Just using an eraser is not enough to properly maintain our white boards. There are several options to remove the “ghosts” we see left on our boards. From Expo cleaning wipes and spray on surface cleaners to Peel-Away Erasers. These erasers have 12 layers of felt pads that can be peeled away as the ink builds up into the pad.
Expo also has the Board Doctor
, which removes permananet marker ink from most whiteboards. Write directly over the ink stain with the Board Doctor, allow the solution to dry and erase with eraser on the end of the marker - it’s that simple. All white boards should be cleaned weekly with a dry erase surface cleaner to extend the life of your white board.
